RECENT IMPORTANT CRIMINAL CASE LAW ISSUES:
2010, September 15: Judge Tommy Nail dismisses murder charge against St. Clair County
Defendant, citing Alabama's self defense statute. The judge found, as a
matter of law, that the Defendant had a right to defend himself and is,
therefore, immune from prosecution.
